While all equipment provided by Videonations carries a standard or extended manufacturer’s warranty, the onus is on the customer to return the item. For a more convenient and robust after install service, Videonations offers three levels of technical and maintenance support; Basic, Standard and Premier Support.

Premier Support Package
Available in 12 and 36 month terms, our Premier Support Package is by far the most popular among our customers. A summary of the key elements of this support and maintenance package is:
Helpdesk Support
- Available between the hours of 08:00 to 18:00 hours (GMT) Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays

- Where a call cannot be answered for any reason, a message can be left on +44 (0) 845 084 3020 which will be returned within two working hours.
- Your issue will be logged in our CRM database with a notification of ticked ID being sent to the callers given email address. This email will be copied to the Support team and to your Account Manager.

Unlimited User Training over Video
Basic end user training is available after installation as standard. Additional user training via videoconferencing is available for the duration of our Premier Support Package, as agreed in advance by prior agreement. Advanced user training / administrator training / provision for on-site training can be arranged at an additional fee.
