Consultancy
The pre-sales process usually begins with an on-site consultation meeting to discuss requirements, offer advice on viable options and assess the technical capabilities of the network. Depending on the scale of the work, the Videonations Sales Consultant will involve the Technical team to help design a best fit solution that includes technical architecture and system design.

Should any installation require more than two days work, Videonations will assign an in-house project manager who from start to finish, is responsible for overseeing the configuration, ordering, delivery and installation of the project as well as being the customer's first point of contact.

Training
As part of the installation process, users receive familiarisation training as required. Unlimited training over video is delivered as part of the Premier Support Package. Videonations offers on site training chargeable at a half day support rate.
