Call Scheduling and Remote Call Launching
Calls can be launched directly by yourself with our Video On Demand service, whereby we set up a specific meeting room for your company and organisation to use on demand. The operator will issue a Meeting number and you can use our facility when it suits you. Alternatively, you can request a member of the team to launch and manage the conference on your behalf.

Remote Monitoring of Video Systems
During a managed bridge call, our bridge operator’s will ensure all sites in the call are connected and will monitor the call for any faults or accidental lost connection’s that may occur. This is standard practice for any bridge call conducted during business hours. 8:30M – 6:00PM - Monday to Friday. ISDN & IP Gateway Services

All sites are pre registered with the bridge and tested to avoid any compatibility issues on the day Prior to your conference we will conduct test calls and certify your systems before launching your Multipoint call at the requested time.
