All of our solutions and systems ship with standard software and manufacturer hardware warranties, where applicable, providing protection against system failure with replacement parts and software "bug fixes".

This will vary from product to product and our consultants will advise on extended warranty options.

Premier Support Package - Extended Warranty
Extended warranty options are also available, extending the period of cover, upgrading the replacement parts and software options and enabling you to renew support for long-term protection. Unhappy with your current service contract?
If you are currently tied into an annual service contract but are not happy with the service you are receiving we will offer a free "change over period" should you choose Videonations, to ensure that you get the service you deserve.

What will it cost?

The cost of any service agreement will depend on the equipment that Videonations will be maintaining; if we have not supplied the equipment we will need to conduct an equipment audit. Our Video Help system is available 24x7 and any customers can dial into this facility test their systems, practice or seek advice and support as required. The helpdesk has access to well-trained engineers to help rectify faults, regardless of the type of system, how long ago it was purchased or whether it was supplied and installed by Videonations.
Support from Videonations is not, however, limited to rectifying faults, installation and maintenance. We are pleased to provide Multipoint Conferences (Video or Audio Conference with a number of locations simultaneously), streaming video, Web Conference, Gateway Services, Video studio hire or specially customised training programmes and workshops.
