Video Conferencing Training
While the new generation of HD video conferencing systems have never been easier to use, we always advise first time video conferencing equipment users to have some basic end user training. We also offer video conferencing training for more advanced users as well as technical training for IT and Network staff who are tasked with managing the video conferencing equipment on an day to day basis.
Upon completion of installation, our engineers deliver familiarisation training where necessary. Post install and as part of our Premier Support Package, Videonations offers unlimited end user and technical training programmes to help the successful implementation of video conferencing within organisations.
End user training sessions are usually conducted remotely over video with small groups and lasts no longer than one hour. On-site video conferencing training is also available. On completion of end user training, participants will be capable of:
- Initialising the system
- Making a call
- Controlling far and near camera
- Preset programming
- Control of video inputs e.g. document camera, video player and PC
- Entering address in the system
- Control of a bridge call if applicable
