AV lecterns are designed to support audio visual presentations and applications. Whilst many AV lecterns can house audio visual equipment, some lecterns are designed to aesthetically compliment an audio visual application without audio visual functionality.

AV lecterns can be designed to house screens in the top of the unit whilst holding electrical equipment in the bottom. Full control of lighting, audio and displays from the AV lectern during a presentation can be vitally important in many applications.
